Phoenix Realtor Warns About Online Property Auctions
The Phoenix news radio station KTAR has warning to avoid online property auctions. The story states that the Realtor "asked not to be identified"!
Here's what the Phoenix Realtor had to say:
"One Valley realtor says she's against them and warns of some pitfalls."
"The banks and developers are using them as an avenue to get rid of properties," she said. "Developers are trying anything at this time to sell their properties and get rid of them because they're in so deep."
This same stuff is happening in Concho, Arizona right now

Concho Community News Update
Concho Can Website
The non profit organization Concho Can Concho, AZ website is online. Concho has no high school, no restaurants, no grocers, and no business district. Residents must seek resources in surrounding areas. Concho CAN! is dedicated to increasing the availability of resources, expanding local opportunities and developing a sense of community well being in rural Concho.
Concho Community Center Closing
The Concho Community Center is closing soon. Due to fundings the community center is moving out of the current 1,800 square foot building to a new site. I understand the size of the new property is much smaller. I think this community has lost a bunch with this center having to close up shop. The day this centers closes will be a very sad day for Concho.
