Phoenix Home Prices Could Fall 30 to 35 percent!
It's a bad time for Arizona real estate and Phoenix home prices. The White Mountains are feeling the pain at the pump. The bread and butter and all the home buyers come from Phoenix. That's where the money comes from and the second home buyers. The Phoenix real estate market is in a free fall right now.
When will the Phoenix real estate market hit bottom? Elliott Pollack had this to say in the Arizona Republic: The bottom of the housing market may occur in 2008 or 2009, but a full recovery will probably take three to five years," said Elliott Pollack, an Arizona economist and real-estate investor.
How low could Phoenix home prices drop? Gandi Kaufmann told the Arizona Republic how low Phoenix will drop: Because of foreclosures, metro Phoenix home prices could fall 30 to 35 percent from 2006's peak and values won't likely return to that high before 2015, said Gadi Kaufmann of the national real-estate advisory firm Robert Charles Lesser & Co.

Waiting on Governor Janet Napolitano For Help
Hundreds maybe thousands of Apache County land owners are owning land illegally subdivided in Apache County!
Thousands of hard working U.S. citizens across the U.S. may be holders of worthless Arizona land in Apache County. I have learned that thousands of acres of Apache County has been illegally subdivided.
At this time Apache County is waiting on the Governor of Arizona - Janet Napolitano for help in this crisis.
This meltdown could be a serious meltdown in the Apache County development.

Concho Moves In Mysterious Ways
It is amazing how one phone call with the Vice Mayor of Concho - Paul can change things! This Vice Mayor of Concho, Arizona tells me that workers are moving along quickly with the Concho Wall - this wall will shield Concho Valley Unit 4A residents of the noise and trafic of the Concho West Shore subdivision.
Bravo! Progress is being made every second in Concho, Arizona!

Map
Where is my Concho parcel located?
Concho, Arizona is spread out over a large area. The Apache County Assessors Office can supply you with a parcel map of your subdivision. The Apache County Recorders Office has much larger maps of subdivisions that are available for purchase. You can get very large scale maps of Apache County subdivisions from the recorders office. I am not sure of the latest fees for the parcel maps.

I have had great success getting a map of Concho, Arizona from Wide World of Maps - The Arizona Map Headquarters. Also you can get Topo Maps Topographic Maps at REI.
I like best the United States Department of the Interior Geological Survey maps. The Concho Lake, AZ - Concho Lake Quadrangle Arizona - Apache Co. 7.5 Minute Series (Topographic) covers Concho Valley Unit 4 and Concho Valley Unit 4A, Windsor Valley, and shows Concho Lake. The Concho Quadrangle Arizona - Apache Co. 7.5 Minute Series (Topographic) has Concho Valley Unit 6, Concho Valley Unit 8, Cornwall Ranch, and the Concho Spring Knoll. The crew at Wide World of Maps tell me that these maps are no longer going to be produced by the government!
