Show Low Bluff Residential Homesites, Commercial Parcels

Best Value in White Mountains for Residential Homesites, Commercial Parcels

Show Low Bluff, Judy Brockett video of the latest develoment going on, commercial property, hockey team, convention and event center, outdoor theater, restaurants, water features, swimming hole, and lots of entertainment.

Show Low Bluff residential homesites and commercial parcels represent the best real estate value now available in the White Mountains. Current properties are priced below market, and all should experience healthy appreciation due to our proposed amenities, owner associations’ architectural committee and design guidelines.

Eighty-nine homesites are available in the Show Low Bluff Sitgreaves Park, our first residential neighborhood. They range in size from 1/6th to 1/3rd of an acre and are priced from $63,900 to $73,500. These prices are a tremendous value for homesites with incredible views and cul-de-sac locations in a small-town, mountain setting.

Residents of Sitgreaves Park will be part of a homeowner’s association which, combined with design standards and proposed amenities, are expected to maintain and boost property values. Planned amenities include trails and parks, but others envisioned include a major greenbelt recreational area with lakes, kayaking streams and a swimming hole.

Commercial parcels are available in Penrod Commerce Park, situated between Sitgreaves Park to the west and Penrod Road to the east. These parcels are from 1.15 acres at $550,000 to 2.32 acres at $1.4 million.

Commercial parcels are in great demand in the White Mountains as the area is at the front-end of an expected period of rapid growth. Commercial owners will be part of a business owner’s association and subject to design guidelines which, similar to residential owners, should cause property values to appreciate substantially.

One of the main reasons that Show Low Bluff property owners should experience higher property values is that both Sitgreaves Park and Penrod Commerce Park are contiguous to The Hub, our central commercial district. Residents and workers will be within walking distance of the most unique commercial area now planned for all of the White Mountains—a pedestrian-focused downtown area that will mix restaurants and retail shops with park space and entertainment opportunities.

Show Low Bluff, currently zoned for 3,735 residential units, will have nine residential neighborhoods—Adams Park, Beale Park, Clark Point, Cluff Park, Cooley Creek, Huning Ranch Park, Kearney Park, Sitgreaves Park and Summerhaye Park—plus two commercial areas, The Hub and Penrod Commerce Park.
